Grapevine epimenis

I always look forward to seeing this little moth every spring. They love to get minerals from my gravel driveway. This is a day-flier, often mistaken for a butterfly. As you might tell from the name, it uses wild grapes for a host plant. There are many wild grapevines in this area. If you catch it at the right angle, it has many scales that sparkle like glitter !
