I went out into the garden about 30 mins ago and who was there on one of my bird tables, but young Zeus, Todd ran up the garden barking and he flew off up into the Oak tree. I was going out to fill the bird tables up again, so I did that and rattled the pot and just after I went in, he came down again. He must have been starving as he ate for a good 20 minutes or more. I got within about 6" of him and he stayed for a while and then flew off into the direction from where I found him. At least he knows where there is food. I am so thrilled.

Thanks so much Terra, I have been so worried over him, very silly as he is not a pet, but it has been about 4 days since he left and I hadn't seen a sign of him. I'm way behind with things as I keep on watching him out of my bedroom window LOL. I just added to Conker's blog bless him. I hope he is improving enough for you to relax just a little...........xxx

Thank you so much everyone, the kid is back LOL. Not sure how long he will be around for. Guess I will worry if he doesn't turn up one day, can't win can I, silly old fool LOL

Thank you all, he is back every day, as long as he avoids predators, he knows where food and water is and I make sure there is plenty. I can walk up to him within a foot or so and he doesn't fly off. I'm so pleased for him.

He hasn't come today so far Terra, the weather is bad, so I guess he is sheltering somewhere hopefully.............;o(
