Nice fern. I like ferns, as they look nice in pots or on the ground, and ideal for shade areas....:-)

do you know what kind of fern it is? I've been trying to find out what the "typical woodland" fern is, there are several contenders.

Sorry Fran but it came from my mums garden, she grows loads but never knows the names. They are all called mums ferns in my garden :o))))

nods I wasn't really expecting; if you'd known, you'd have given it. I do love ferns, though, make me think of shady and cool places, slightly moist, and quiet.
