yes that would be rather interesting to see...it reminds me of something..oh those little balls of mercury ..I used to play with them as a child. Now everyone would be terrified for you to do that. It was in thermometers etc. and my dad used it for something too...was fun to chase those little silver balls around.

Yes you wouldnt be able to play with mercury now lol
But then all the fun things you cant do now lol:)
Just walking in a wood if your a child these day wouldnt be allowed.
I used to disapear with a pack lunch and my friends into my dads wood all day long and I had to return at dusk
From about the age of 7 !!!
Parents couldnt do that now which is a great loss for children that independance and time to explore and learn some things the hard waylol

My children played outside..rain or shine..Our television reception was poor at best in the 70's and we only got 1 station and not well..lol..so they learned to be creative and still are. I rode bicycles up and down steep hills barefoot and no helmets , backward and with no hands..lol..it is a wonder I survived with not one broken bone. The only things I protected my children from was the busy logging truck rode and our rushing stream in our lower field... the rest was up to them..as to their squabbles I would not allow them back in the house until they had settled it. I would not be their arbitrator, after some learning that on my own that is...lol..never worked and they did a better job of sorting it out anyway...so I told them , unless you are bleeding do not bring it to me. When my youngest of 4 was born my oldest was 8 so, it was get tough or lose your mind as to me..lol..as a mother.

that's a mobile decoration! bit like a kaleidodscope, always changing, never the same twice. oh for the chance to do something like that at home! but I could probably manage only about half a dozen small ones
