Originated from a witches' broom on Pinus mugo 'Mops' in the National Arboretum, Washington DC.

No..no...Blue....I have just finished reading it and found it very interesting...I have seen similar dense growths on trees before and often wondered if they were some type of nest, where the bird or animal took extra foliage to make it. Thank you...:o)
