He looks like my jack russel terrier guarding his territory! A sparrow hawk has been circling my garden after the birds this week. This has resulted in some amazing 'cloud' behaviour in the local starling population which is spectacular to see, but confuses the rooks very much and they don't know what to do, so they just fly about around the starlings! What would we do without the birds in winter eh?

Oh! Last night I totally lost track of the time! Trying to get a chat with my son who is in San Diego - 8 hours behind! Trouble is, if I'm on the computer after about 10pm I can't sleep! aaaaargh!

I was a bit like that myself....sat at the computer till nearly 2am then had to get up at 7am for work and didn't even sleep very well...I could sleep now i tell ya...:>)
