whilst out walking the dog we are always on the look out for wierd and wonderful things

The true name for them is ~~ Auricularia - judae ~ jelly fungi.
Apparently edible.

Apparently they are cultivated in the Far East Homebird.
I love ham egg & chips dont know about jelly ears egg & chips :o(((

These are called Jews Ears Kimmy. There is another fungi that is like little black blobs, called King Alfred cakes.
