Maybe, Toto.
It will grow great long dangly bits if left to it's own devices, Yorkshire.
I suppose it could be an Aeonium, Uma but I've not come across any with this growth habit. Hope Sandra can help - or maybe Dottydaisy.

I asked hywel to identify the cacti I put on with the red berries, he did so, so you could always ask him if nobody knows.

The leaf shape is right for an aeonium but I can't find one that trails like this.
