It is Toto i've got a great big one in a big garden pot, have to keep it in greenhouse in winter as its so big.

I think the money plant (Crassula ovata) has flattish leaves compared to this - these are really thick, fleshy and rounded. Crassula flowers are much bigger too.

At first sight it looks like Crassula, but there is no chance to have such a small Crassula to be flowering. So I dare to suppose it to be Adromischus hemisphaericus or Adromischus alstonii. :)
