I waited too long to prune my clematis and it started getting new leaves... I pruned it anyway and was trying to see if I could save the cuttings...anybody know if I can root them...have got the cuttings in water right now...any advice??? Thanks :)

I toook clematis cuuting las September and put them in a pot outside where they have been outside all winter, I have noticed a couple have green buds on, so think it would be worth trying inside now in compost, good luck TG

I would say the same as Carole Tracy , you've got nothing to lose if they don't take but everything to gain if they do , good luck with them .....
