Skimmia, Verurnum Davidii & Cordyline Red Star.

They all look healthy, love them all a very nice selection, the Skimma looks full of flower buds ;0)

they do look good.

Carole it is full of buds, know the Red Star as to be in sun, but the other two can go in shade, so hoping to start a shade garden with all plants in pots next to my new fence i had put up the other week, when i can get to paint it, since i've had it up its either been frosty or raining like today, the fence faces north aswell.

They will look great a shade garden sounds just the thing for a north facing border. hopefully the weather will start improving then you can get your paint brush out ;0)

Hope so, dont like painting fences at best of times.

Its not too bad if you dont have any plants to dodge, mine is so congested I get more on me than the fence lol

Tell me about it, luckely i can move plants, but think its such a boaring job.

Do you use paint or wood stain?

Fence paint Think its just getting in right frame of mind to start and do it.

They will make an excellant start to a shade garden Carole and one for the sun , A good choice , ( by the way , what is the sun ? )

lovely healthy plants carol, i got red star at morrisons last week, slightly bigger but bet yours was cheaper at wilko`s, mine was £4 i have skimmia i got end of last year, really like them to :o))

Red Star £3 i got it for, at the moment wilkos plants look really healthy but in a few weeks they will start to go down hill as i dont think the staff look after them proper.

think your right carol, nice when first in, like alot of places though

Hi Gee the bus stop is right across the road from wilkos and i get of bus at the corner of my street.

Ditto,clarice,thats why we are always looking for bargains,as we can carry them home.Think we should be asked to xmas party next year,don't you?..lol..
