Looks like it's actually Furcraea foetida variety. Otherwise very pretty!

It's actually Agave americana 'variegata'...however, Furcraea foetida are very widely grown here in San Diego also.

I just thought that because the leaves looked thinner and glossier than Agave americana, and spineless, too. Guess I need better glasses, or more DPI!
