Iris reticulata 'Purple Gem ' ??

I'm pretty sure it isn't, Amy - 'Purple Gem' doesn't have the yellow streak towards the inside ot the petals. I've just taken a torch outside to make sure! lol.

Barbara , I have spent ages looking at dozens of images , I don't think it's 'George ' as it has a big thick yellow streak coming up the petal which this hasn't , I keep coming back to 'Purple Gem ' because of the very dark purple colour , this is a puzzle ! I didn't realize there were so many pretty ones .....

Which ever one it turns out to be it is a lovely coloured iris....
