I wonder if another bluetit is preening him a bit because he looks much tidier these days. He now hops in and out of the wire feeder too.

I just can't imagine him or her breeding - how would he/she be able to feed young? Probably a good thing if this deformity is genetic.

Great to see that he has survived the winter.
