This succulent is over 15 years old, not sure it should look like this, have never seen another one, anyone else ?

Perhaps it's the succulents' equivalent of a 'witches broom' - phytoplasma disease.

Very interesting form of Echeveria, DD! There are many people collecting only such succulents known as forma cristata.
