I do like these, the shape especially. It's been soooo long, though!

Everything comes to those who wait!

Yes, in this case. How are your Narcissi doing?

First signs of very tight buds! My growing year is so different to yours! I think you should have a springtime open day!

I could this year - snowdrops AND Narcissi all at the same time!

i've had a letter wanting a group to come - and wanting tea - but luckily, it's in June, so I think I could probably do it. Its a group of New Zealanders staying with hosts in N. Somerset. It's also 40 more to add to the NGS total! Can't be bad. Scary, but OK, I think.

And look lovely aswell.

Thanks, Carol. I like these becuse they're daintier than some, but nice and tall too. I had some in my previous garden, so I knew I had to plant some here.

It's the Spring Equinox at 5.32 today, so it must have known, Carol! lol.

I'm sure your garden will be stunning for the Kiwis in June, Barbara and you'll have great fun showing it off!

21 Mar, 2010

It really depends on 1) the weather, and 2) if the WI will agree to do teas on that day!!!!

21 Mar, 2010

I'm sure the WI will come up trumps, Spritz - the weather is more doubtful at this stage, lol.

21 Mar, 2010

Just had an e-mail - they're not sure if they DO want a cream tea, now, just a cuppa!!! Change of plan....just when we've asked the WI...SIGH........

21 Mar, 2010

LOL When I was outside earlier I found a clump of little daffs (maybe Tete a tete) showing some yellow so the should open this week. Yippee!!!!!! Will have to remember to take a photo tomorrow.

21 Mar, 2010

That's good - they've woken up because of the equinox as well!
