My Bargain Skimmia

I got one a few weeks ago from Wilkos for £5, its doing really well.

Lovely Skimmia Jacque, they seem quite expensive in the GCs at mo, always great to grab a bargain though! lol

It looks good and healthy ..:o))

I got a lovely S. rubella a few weeks ago, reduced (for some unkown reason) to £1.00 !!! It's bloomin' great right now. :-))

Thank you Jacque! I have one of these plants and had no idea what it was. I found it uprooted near the local shopping centre where a group of them had been planted. It was a bit worse for wear and looked as if it had been run over a few time. I "rescued" it and took it home. This was a few years ago and it is thriving in a pot. Thanks to you I now know it is a Skimmia. I think this must even beat David's bargain eh:...lol
