Ha ha, no I wasnt lying on the ground for this shot but standing in the brook. It grows in the hedge alongside the brook. Ive been noticing them in garden hedges locally and they look great. I agree Sandra/Angie, they do seem bright this year which is nice.

Does anyone know how to make them flower really well. You notice them in gardens and they are covered in flowers - maybe its due to pruning?

I think your right Dawn, hard pruning is the answer.

Looks best to prune after flowering so it can get a year of new growth old enough to flower next spring. :-)
