Why,oh why, do we always hesitate and regret not buying extra at these garden shows? I so wish I had bought another 5 Clems when I got my last lot, as the choice was staggering, and at only £12 for 5, they were a bargain!! Have been kicking myself ever since :~((

I know...it's soooo frustrating when you think about it afterwards.

Oh well - there'll be other Shows, I'm sure.

Oh gosh! £12 for five clematis.....that's an offer I could no way refuse...unless I had all the vars on offer already of course! Never mind flori...we live and learn.....sometimes.....eventually!

Luckily, Louise and I had decided that we were NOT going to be tempted by any more Clems - so we avoided the Clem stands!!! At that price, I'd have fallen...then where would I put them, even 'with' my shoehorn??

Yes, I have had to restrict myself to low growers for the shrubs now. I am really full up with clems! Mind you, I still have to get one for the shed..lol ;)

fujimusume would look lovely with the colur, but I need something that contrasts as well, and will flower over a long period........perhaps just another 'love child' Yellow and blue look so lovely together....mmmm (thinks, tick tock.....)

I found one that I'd planted, with no recollection at all of it, and it's in flower now. I suspect it might be another white sylvaticum - but the flowers aren't quite right.....I'll post its photo and see what you think.

Ho ho! As if I'd have a clue! I'm a total novice at this id game with the HARDY geraniums B!! I'm just getting myself very confused at the moment. Not helped by the fact that the local nursery does some very strange labelling with names that don't seem to exist and are illegible!!

Ooops! Wagger's sylvaticum 'Album' looks like it, so think it's the difference in the light between sun and shade, and they are both the same.
