Pretty colouring.

Thanks not sure this ever made the GCs it was a trial plant, so we were lucky to get it.It grows upright and we just shear off the flowers when they have finished.

That, dear Dd, is my thuggish Vinca difformis 'Jenny Pye'...you're lucky it hasn't taken over your garden! Very pretty, though, isn't it. :-))

Barbara does it grow upright in a bush with no trailing habit at all?

No - it 'does' scramble upwards, (over a wall in my case), or down if you plant it on a bank, but mine sends out runners and roots itself further away as well.

It cannot be the same then, as OH worked at a nursery that trialed this plant, and when they found it would not send out runners they scrapped it.....OH bough some home!!!

Oh well, the flower is exactly the same. It will have to remain anonymous, Dd!

I call it Peter's plant.....
