growing them in sacks? great idea...I've grown plants in soil filled black plastic (garbage) bags... works a treat!

The seeds potatoes were planted first in compost bags turned inside out, Lori, inside the potato sacks, which keep them warm and disguise the black plastic. :-))

they are looking good as well .. I love new potatoes straight from the garden , a few mint leaves in the pan for flavour , dripping with butter ,yummy !
