Thanks Yorkshire! I think you're having more of that very hot weather, Grammazoo.... ...it's mellowing out to 24C. here. ....that should bring yours along very quickly!! Only trouble is that they last such a short time...but that's what makes them special!!

Hi Kathy...yes this is the plant. I have better pictures from 2010...it is special. and when the whole clump is in blossom it's a blue haze! We'll have to pm the pertinent info.

Just went out to check on the seeds of these iris and I have a number of pods which are not opened and the pods that I had left on the plants are already open and I'm afraid I've lost some of the seeds to nature. In any case, I do have some ...and I found two seed pods on the lemon yellow daylily...What do you say, Kathy? yea or nae?
