Iris time is here again...!! Did you love Andy Sturgeons bronze bowlfuls at Chelsea? I thought they were stunning! Totally impractical for real life of course...I mean what a bore when they finish flowering and those pots must cost hundreds...but stunning for the show....

Karen - yes, I did see them and I know what you mean. Did you hear his explanation? He had planned to use libertia in the pots but used them in the general planting instead. He tried other things left over but the iris looked best so he used them in the pots

Yes, I did hear him saying that....they looked fab against the rusty steel!

Lovely, my white one has just opened today 'Immortality', love all the coloured varieties but think the whites seem to glow.
