Thank you all....I'm pleased how well they are doing....wasn't sure how they would cope with the winter....but they have come up trumps......Yes Clematisa...they are hostas....this bed is relatively shady till about 1pm.....not many shady places in my garden......I will check tomorrow on the name of that plant.....its a bit dark now.....

I've checked that heuchera Clematisa...its called "Spotlight".....
