TY. Materials it was built with, garden maturity and its location would make this home easily 80yrs or more old, thats really old here. And well taken care of, I've seen some really in ruins. The city was only founded 100 years ago.

Thanks San. We have some real tiny and some real classic, even one with totem poles holding up a balcony. I love the old gardens like this downtown. I would buy this were I in a situation prepared for that. Right by the river, it wonderful.
