What are these called Deida? Im just starting to get a collection of different succulents going;0)

This plant is Aeonium, and the most common variety sold is one called "Schwarzkopf" (which, in German, translates literally as " blackhead"). Wonder if these are a possible side-effect from eating too much chocolate, lol!
