What would you call this little leafy "lane"? my friend Anne calls it a "snicket" I would call it a "Jitty".we,re both from NW leicestershire.

I would call it a footpath. Where I come from a jetty is a path or alleyway in a built up area not woodland, I'm from the Midlands originally, Warwickshire to be precise.
