Keeping them warm through calving and importing food through winter can be a drain. This arrangement of ranging them on these fields is a great compromise for someone. I come from cattle country and find great nostalgia here as well. To the south I think these are shipped to overwinter near Delta Junction, more the cattle country of the interior Alaska.

TY. Alaska is a wonderful place, but it does come with WINTER. LOL! Lucky for us summer is like this. :-)

Aw, thanks. :-) It is a wonderful place. Winter might not be everyones cup of tea, but summer is amazing.
