Cape Chestnut (not a true chestnut but in the citrus family - Rutaceae) is a tropical tree native from South to eastern Africa which has beautiful pink and lilac flowers. It's a relatively slow growing tree....however, will grow very tall and even wider in time. Photo taken July 2, 2010.

The only big problem with this photo is, the flowers look white instead of pink and lilac. : > )
