beetroot

WOW.... I love beetroot on toast!! :))

I just love beetroot!!!.....we've had a very successful crop this year....and I've sowed more..... Never had it on toast Michaella, but like it in a sandwich.....

first time i've grown it and have no idea how to prepare it :-/ lol

Raw, grated beetroot and carrots!!!!!!!!!

or.....boil in water until tender...can be eaten cold or warm.....is lovely with roast beef....yummy !!!!!!!!!!!!

Can also be used as a dye? maybe!
