Goodness me ! You must have a very large garden Simbad, cos they are not small plants are they. Isnt it strange how we all seem to favour certain flowers.

I have got half of one that backs on to hubbies,lol, supposed to be growing fruit and veg, but dahlias and sweet peas got on there somehow,lol, been picking redcurrants today, wasn't sure what to do with them, but a friend (who has the other half allotment) has given me a recipe for redcurrant ice-cream so going to give it a go sounds yummy, its a really good allotment took it over last year and already had gooseberries, redcurrants, blackcurrants and two bramley apple trees on it, planted raspberries this year too.

Oh how lovely. I had some redcurrants a couple of weeks ago given me and I made a crumble with them. You could make wine !!

Oooo now that is a good idea,like a glass of wine or two, or three,lol,bought a winemaking book a while ago as hubby was going to have a go, going to have a look now see if there's a recipe, don't know how many bushes there are but quite a few.
