This has gone into my favourites. A fairly local nursery was offering this variety this year, but I was too late. :-((

Oh Pam, please don't risk doing that!!! i'll just have to be quicker off the mark next time. That nursery, like many, lost a huge part of their stock because of the severe, and prolonged, winter weather we had - a real shame, especially as some closed down because of this. :-((

On a "cheerier" note, your elder champagne is going well for me. Managed to make 2 lots (10 bottles), now out in my brick shed - no "explosions" yet! :-))
