Lovely Maureen is that new leaves sprouting at the top, they say to mimic where plants naturally grow, I do know light has a lot to do with it, be it shade or the amount of light they get.. eg Passionflowers have to get at least 4 hours natural light.

Yes Sixpence This has to have at least 8 hours a day good strong sunlight

Thats great Maureen then, you will have to do what one chap use to do with his passionflowers, use a lamp if not enough strong light.

The Plumeria is looking good. I hope it'll develop some flower spikes for you soon!

So do I Andy......Can you see the other one of your cuttings in the photo.....It seems to have got stuck at this........
28 Jul, 2010
Milky:
Maybe it hasn't developed many roots yet. Or maybe if the plants has been kept too wet the roots will die and keep trying to re-generate. It's really difficult to tell without seeing the conditions of the soil.

Trying to keep it just moist Andy til it really gets going.......

Milky:
Is the one with no leaves the Plumeria 'Plastic Pink' I sent you last year?
If so, I have planted the large branch that fell off my large Plumeria 'Plastic Pink' tree last year in the ground a couple months ago...and it still hasn't rooted or put out any leaves yet either.
I'll take photo to show you soon. : > )

Yes Andy that one of the cuttings The other one has developed fully and has a lovely set of leaves.....

Milky:
I'm not sure what's wrong with that Plastic Pink variety of Plumeria. Mine has never grown very well even though it's in the ground. This year it has many flower spikes and just started blooming last week. Although, it should have started blooming at least 2 months ago. It does look pretty good though even though it lost the large branch last year. I'll post a pic soon. : > )

Glad to see your Plumeria is still doing well Milky. Year 5 will be the magic year and it will flower for you I'm sure. Fingers crossed. :o)
