"Giant Swallowtail Butterfly"

wow...so close...

He stayed on this bush in the same spot for over an hour. I couldn't begin to tell you what occupied him so long.

Proberly trying to catch his breath ..If you were a moth that big i'm sure it would wear you out flapping your wings that hard ..LOL

@sanbaz , my wife is nodding her head in agreement, what a wonderful sight to see, please pray that we look after these majestic insects, we must realise that we share THEIR world not as my wife constantly reminds us and others they share ours! :(
