Me tyoo colour and name1
Kathy have you ever grown them from seed? its just that Pond Lady sent me some seeds which I planted and all doing well in pots at the moment, just wondering how old they have to be to flower? about six inches at the moment so wondering whether to keep them in the pots or if thery would be ok planted out?

Thanks glad you like it, one of my favourites although that changes from day to day, lol.
I grew some from seed for the first time last autumn Carole, bought the seed from America, had over 50 plants germinate, then we had that freezing cold winter and all bar 2 died:-( , oh well we live and learn remember next time and sow in the spring instead, had a few self sown seedlings though, never had that before, that I've potted up, mine are similar size to yours, I'd keep them in the pots in a sheltered spot till next spring I think, I am, mainly because the new foliage is very tempting to slugs bigger plants are ok but maybe not the babies, take 2 sometimes 3 years to flower from seed.

Thanks for the information Kathy, I will leave in the pots and probably put them it the mini greenhouse, if the winters anything like last year will bring indoors on the window sill.;0)
