This is the second of the photos from the botanical gardens that I forgot to post with the others.
It was being grown outside in a nice sheltered spot, standing about fifteen inches high.

It was, and the nice thing was the fact that it was growing outdoors meaning that it may be achievable for me to grow it!!

well - not much - just found the name thanks to you Meanie... judging by sheltered position in walled garden probably not frost hardy... and think it must be decidous one - as I never seen it in the place it appeared now, lol
