What a beautiful place you have for your special girl, its so hard when you lose a dear one, but she is with you everyday as she has a special place in your heart. I lost my girl 6 years ago and yes I still cry on that day, it just means that you were a fantastic mum to her.
Sending lots and lots of hugs.

Oh thats lovely PP i don't think you ever get over losing a pet, its 6 years since our old cat Socks died and i still miss him he was such a friendly cat, whereas Toffee is NOT!!! lol

Sk you made me smile with your comment about Toffee they all like us have their own very special characters, thats why we love them so much;0)

Oh! Pp I had a tear in my eye looking at the pic of Polly`s Memorial..
I cannot bear to think, of losing our Teddy..they have such a short life span
but in that time,we get so very attached to them..i do feel for you!! even though
a year has gone by,`it still hurts so much..it must have been fate, that your plants from Amy were delivered the same day to cheer you up ; ~ ))

Thanks Freesia, I know how you feel , it still hurts as much after a year, I would like another little dog but Harry isnt keen the last few months of Polly's life were so traumatic for us , he doesnt want us to go through it again.

Lovely Polly, Carole safe and sound in your heart. I don't think you do get over it Carole, just through it.....we think of Finn all the time and can see him raising his eyebrows at the things Lottie gets up to. So pleased Amy's gift came just at the right time.....:o))
