Thanks Elsiemay. I don't have much trouble with slugs, I put gravel on the top of the pot, and slug pellets under the leaves too, on the gravel.

This is fabulous ! We saw some at a GC today, shredded to bits by slugs, surprised they were even on display really.

Well I don't know really, just lucky I suppose. Lots of birds ferreting around too, might have picked them off before they got to it
