Mimulus in The Pond

Yes Amy its planted in a pot with the iris and its roots are fully submerged under the water, I didnt think it would survive but its flourishing!

I will try that next year , I have a teeny weeny pond for the frogs and grandchildren ...........

What a good idea, I never have colour in my pond I keep buying pond plants but they just die ! :0((

The roots are planted just beneath the surface and as you can see they are very happy!! I bought an Arrow Head plant a couple of months ago and that as died, wouldnt mind but the Aquatic plants are so expensive are'nt they?
