thankyou linsuffolk, very kind, as i said above still loads more to do, having an extra gravel board and new fencing panels across bottom fence soon and then creating new border which will need to be dug over and soil improved as this part of the garden was topsoil we bought in to fill a large hole so is different from the rest of the garden :^)

Hi Annella, thank you, we have just recently had some new fencing panels put along the bottom and its all dug over nicely now by my hubby and we have added some manure cos the soil is quite sandy topsoil we had bought in, rest of the soil is slightly acid and lovely texture. So whole new border to plant!! decisions decisions!! Looks like we may be widening it already!!
