hello whistonlass ~ thats right i only found the web site in the summer and its increasingly growing on me!
we have been at this house for 6 years ~ it was a lovely garden when we came with hostas, azaleas, camellias etc and surrounded by oak trees. we have put in lots more but i think there are even more weeds now!

If you have oak trees surrounding you it will be a lovely sight. They are one of my favourite trees, full of such character and strength.

they are lovely, i agree the only down side is that they block the sun.
