Thanks Meanie and Dawn:-), this seeds around so much,have seedlings everywhere, thought I'd plant some in the wood read somewhere its good for woodland!!!!!,only ever grown it in the boggy areas by the pond, but they love it and really shine in the shade,and not a slug hole in sight thought the slugs and snails would have had a field day.

Yes Kathy, next year. Thanks for the info on them being happy under the trees. I'll try that if they flower and seed down.

Ours stopped flowering ages ago, will try it in the shade under the trees, and see what happens.

Yes DD doesn't even seem to mind the soils not that moist if it has the shade:-)
