Banana Boulevard at Quail Botanical Gardens (Musa - Banana)

There's hundreds of banana varieties in this area of the tropical fruit garden. I took some pics of some of the many bananas hanging on the plants on this very hot day...the temp was around 90F/ 32C. Photo taken Oct. 2, 2010 in Encinitas, San Diego County.
