Love this tree, wish it would grow here, would love to see one in bloom.

Thank you Helen and Simbad ... unfortunately mine is growing in a bad spot and it will only produce a meagre amount of flowers. It's not all that spectacular looking ... but there's another in my neighbourhood that looks absolutely gorgeous when it's covered in blooms. I'll have to get a photo when it flowers next year ... it's always way ahead of mine.

How beautiful!I have one but it has not bloomed even for once in all these 7 years.

It does take a while, Camillia. The little Jacaranda in my last garden didn't flower in the thirteen years I lived at that place. They have to be quite mature to bloom, so hold on!
