wow I love that and how big does it get? I myself have a small garden, but what a cracker, i mean the plant in pic. I have just read what you do. I sat a RHS exam in summer and failed 2nd paper by a cats whiskers but i am thinking it was down to plant names and such, any tips as i have a re-sit in may. Thanks for the advice on yew so would the next couple of weeks be good to move them as it is not to frosy or wait until spring.

It is a small tree, Jewells. In fact, the usual ones seen are poor in form as they are often grown in the grass margin along roads.
Spring is best for Yew, they get away better. The only advice I can give you on plants and names is that it is much easier to learn them if you put them in context. e.g. Where would I grow them, see them, etc. or to what does that name mean? Many complicated species names become easier when you know what they mean and how often they reappear in names (japonica: Japan, aurea: golden, etc.)
