Yep, I've given up on the soft & feminine look there; it just doesn't work on mine as I can't stand to wear gloves.Oh well!

I hate gloves too, need to feel the soil! Only problem is I work in a gift store and make gift baskets three days a week, so I don't think the customers are too impressed. We're right next to spas and manicure places, so I think the customers coming from those are the least impressed of all!

Hi Gillian, just bought one of these again today.

I have had them in the past and just love the colour. But I am not too sure what sort of soil they like. I have seen one suggestion that it sould be neutral/acid and another suggestion is alkaline! Can you tell me what you think?

I have added you as a favourite as I see you also have a shaded boggy area.

All tips as to what is doing well would be very welcome!
