I've had some of them for years now. This one used to be on the patio in Wilby :-))

I love the way they age...sitting here with Rachel and like me, she agrees that you cannot possibly be over 30 from looking at your pic!!

Your hydrangea looks so healthy....unfortunately mine has bit the dust and gone all black and wilted since this really cold weather so I think it is lost now.
I too like your pot :)

Whistonlass they do die off over winter, are the stems firm and woody?
Karen if you zoom in you can see the cracks!! But thank you both, I feel 20 inside and like to keep 'trendy' Lol that will make Rachel cringe :-))

Hello Flori you got in just before me :-))
3 Dec, 2010
Was only when I read that again I realised it looks like I compared you to an ageing crock!! lol....;))
3 Dec, 2010
Lol Karen I got the message :-)) xx Oh and ageing crock....no never going to happen!!!!
3 Dec, 2010
LOL!!

I might look a bit terracotta in the summer...but whatever!

It was when you said...."if you zoom in you can see the cracks" and I thought you were dissing your own complexion!! lol...I could do with a sunbed session to tell the truth...it might make me look a bit healthier!!
3 Dec, 2010
I WAS TALKING ABOUT MY COMPLEXION!!!! LOL x
3 Dec, 2010
LOL!! Sorry, I'm a bit slow, haven't had any alcohol at all yet!! ;))
3 Dec, 2010
Funnily enough the 20 year old pot has less cracks than me but never gets watered Martini or vodka.....is that where I'm going wrong?? :-))
3 Dec, 2010
Well...you could try it, but it would be a shame to waste good booze on a terracotta pot, you know, it might not work!! On the other hand, if the pot is not so bad as your complexion, we could start a new fancy beauty/health craze where we charge loadsamoney to ladies to come and sleep out in our garden in the snow!

It's out there in sunshine, rain, high winds, frost and snow.....? Karen I think drinking and central are not good for us! Could we really make a business out of this???
3 Dec, 2010
Nope! ;((
3 Dec, 2010
Doh....But we will come up with a clever cunning plan :-))
3 Dec, 2010
Maybe, once we've had a few more drinks! ;)) Did you just see on the news ..they said no thaw before the New Year Ann!! :((((
