With all the flooding rain we've been getting I needed to post a sunny pic. Luckily, the last 2 days have been nice 66ºF/19ºC yesterday, today 69ºF/21ºC. We need to dry out a bit before we get more rain...which we usually love! (just not 1 or 2 years worth of rain within one week)

Just beautiful!!! One of the old streets near my house decided to plant these as a street tree, everyones yard turn pink for a few weeks, it's just stunning.

There's some very large, old trees in my neighborhood here in the College District of San Diego. There's many as street trees also...they've become quite popular in the last 10 -15 years...I think it's because they're fast growing, inexpensive and drought tolerant (besides the flowers).
