Propagator fiasco

After about 2 years I replaced the cover with the newer reinforced cover last August. Only to find that the zip went. So took it back and got a replacement. Got it home and decided to give the frame a clean. After about 2 hrs put the new one on only to find a gap in it where it hadnt been sewn : (
So as you can see this is the (thin) therma cover with an ill fitting el-cheapo cover and an old curtain. All tied together with a bit of string
