All these banana plants have grown in the last couple of months due to the above rainfall we had last fall. Although, most will be removed...as it's not my favorite tasting banana. Photo taken Jan. 29, 2011.

It's a lighting effect...these are not variegated banana plants. I do have one called an Ae Ae...which is a variegated Hawaiian banana, and is extremely expensive and somewhat difficult to grow.
